The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of The Eastern Viaduct Over Wał Tarejwy Street Along National Road No. 92 On The Warsaw Route In Konin Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Bridge Structures Along National Road No. 92 On The Warsaw Route In Konin, In The Scope Of: 1.1. Road Industry, 1.2. Bridge Industry - Eastern Viaduct Over Wał Tarejwy Street - Demolition, 1.3. Bridge Sector - Eastern Viaduct Over Wał Tarejwy Street, 1.4. Construction Of Prefabricated Beams, Combined With A Reinforced Concrete Deck Slab. The Load-Bearing Structure Will Be Based On Solid-Wall Reinforced Concrete Abutments. The Abutments Will Be Equipped With Reinforced Concrete Wings Supporting The Embankment On Both Sides Of The Road, As Well As Supports For Supporting The Reinforced Concrete Transition Slabs. The Ordering Party Has Taken Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And The Design Without Barriers Guidelines For All Users, In Accordance With Article 100(1) Of The Public Procurement Law.6. The Order Of The Mayor Of Konin No. 159/2017 Applies To The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Employers Guidelines For The Protection Of Greenery In The Investment Area Based On The Standards For Caring For Urban Space (Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Konin No. 72/2023).8. All Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Task Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable National Standards And European Technical Assessments And Have The Required Certificates. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions (Features Of Material, Product Or Service) Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Prove Equivalence, The Contractor Submits Appropriate Evidence Along With The Offer. If The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of
