The Task Includes, Among Others: - Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With Dimensions Of 20 M X 25 M - Based On An Old Sports Field, - Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field, - Construction Of Ball Catchers And Fences Around The Sports Fields, - Construction Of Parking Spaces, - Construction Of A Garbage Shelter. Subject Matter Of The Contract: Contractor Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Division Into Stages. Stage I: Preparatory Works - Execution Of Works Securing Trees And Greenery, Removal Of All Layers Of The Existing Pitch With Fencing; Stage Ii: Implementation Of Construction Works - Construction Of The Pitch With Fencing And Elements Of Small Architecture, Parking Spaces Covered By The Technical Design (Appendix 1) And Executive Design (Appendix 2); Stage Iii: Completion Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including Acceptance Of Works And Related Works - Preparation And Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation And Obtaining The Required Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Approvals Necessary For The Use Of The Investment, In Particular Obtaining By The Contractor And Providing The Ordering Party With A Decision On The Use Permit Or Making An Effective Construction Notification And Not Raising Any Objections By The Authority By Way Of A Decision. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Performed Construction Works And The Implementation Of Services/Supplies Related To The Performed Construction Works.
