1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Concrete Aggregate And Coarse Gravel For The Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Repki Commune In 2026, Which Includes: A) Delivery Of Approximately 3,000 Tons Of Concrete Aggregate With A Fraction Of 20-63 Mm, With Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Aggregate Must Be Free From Contaminants Such As (Soil, Wooden Elements, Metal Elements). B) Delivery Of Coarse-Grained Gravel (Over 50% Of The 2-40 Mm Fraction), Free From Clay And Clay Contamination And Large Stones, In An Amount Of Approx. 500 M3c) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Subject Of The Order (The Number Of Actually Delivered Tons Of Concrete Aggregate Or M3 Of Gravel). D) In Addition, Gravel And Concrete Aggregate Should Be Cleared On Roads Without Profiling Within 3 Days From The Date Of Delivery. E) Due To The Fact That Deliveries Will Be Made To Unpaved Roads, Where There May Be A Problem With Turning Of Heavy-Duty Vehicles, The Contractor Should Adapt The Equipment To The Conditions On Individual Local Roads. Deliveries Should Be Made In Such A Time That The Access Roads Are Not Damaged Due To Weather Conditions. F) In The Offer, The Contractor Provides A Unit Price For 1 Ton/1 M3 Regardless Of The Place Of Delivery. The Contractors Total Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Tons Of Aggregates Actually Delivered. The Detailed Delivery Date Of Aggregate To Individual Villages Should Be Agreed In Advance With An Employee Of The Commune Office And The Village Head. The Contractor Will Prepare A List Of Deliveries Made In A Given Village, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Village Head Or Authorized Representatives Of The Village Council. H) The Delivery Will Be Made Within 3 Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Individual Batch Of Delivery By The Ordering Party.2. Each Batch Of Delivered Aggregate/Gravel Must Be Weighed In Advance In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Cover The Costs Of Mixing Each Batch Of Concrete Aggregate. These Costs Should Be Included In The Price Of Concrete Aggregate. 3. In The Event Of Delivery Of Concrete Aggregate Or Coarse Gravel With Parameters Other Than Those Described In The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery.
