Mowing Weeds, Removal Of Fertile Soil And Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil In Places Indicated In The Design Documentation, • Forming Slopes And Strengthening Them With A Geogrid, • Construction Of A Path With Mineral Surface, • Construction Of A Beach Volleyball Court, • Installation Of Small Architecture: Benches, Picnic Tables, Covered Tables, Waste Bins, • Construction Of A Terrace Viewing Area,• Construction Of A Wooden Recreational Shelter,• Construction Of Area Lighting,• Development Of The Area With Low, Medium And Tall Vegetation,• Fencing Of The Plot In The Places Indicated In The Land Development Drawing,• Construction Of A Parking Lot With 30 Parking Spaces (Including 2 Spaces For Disabled People).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Its Implementation Includes:• Area Development Design,• Architectural And Construction Design,• Technical Design - Construction Industry,• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),• Contract Template - Annex No. 2 To Swz,• Bill Of Quantities - Supporting Document.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: • Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, • Development Of Documentation Necessary For The Proper Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works, • Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of The Works In Progress, • Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, • Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Facility Into Use, • Obtaining Positive Opinions Of Relevant Public Administration Authorities Competent For The Procedure For Handing Over The Facility For Operation And Use, • Obtaining A Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party/Investor - A Permit To Use The Building, • Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.5. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is For Information Purposes Only. The Items Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Be An Aid In Calculating Investment Costs, Therefore They Are Only An Indication Supporting The Valuation. After Reviewing The Technical Documentation And Other Procurement Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions And Recommendations Contained In The Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment And The Arrangements And Opinions Attached To The Design Documentation.7. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Make A Local Visit To The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided As Part Of This Proc
