The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. Preparation Of Documentation Design And Execution Of Construction Works Under The Contract With The Ordering Party. The Implementation Of The Investment Is Understood As The Performance Of All Necessary Works, Starting From Design Work, Approval Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction And Installation Works Indicated In The Project And Finishing Works Necessary To Adapt Existing Rooms To Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of The Order Included In The Functional And Utility Program Includes: 1. Design Work - Design Work - Including: Construction Design, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Energy Performance2. Construction Works - Works Related To The Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site - Thermal Modernization Of The Old School (Buildings A And B) - Thermal Modernization Of The Connector (Building C) - Thermal Modernization Of The Sports Hall (Building D) - Thermal Modernization Of The New School (Building E) - Renovation Of Sanitary Installations - Renovation Of Electrical Installations - Accompanying Works - Reconstruction And Assembly Works, Functional Changes Of Rooms - According To The Concept, Creation Of Vertical Gardens, Works Related To Ensuring Access For Disabled People The Detailed Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To This Swz. The Contractor Is Responsible For Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Works And For The Proper Manner Of Dealing With It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). Construction Waste Is Removed At The Contractors Expense. General Requirements: 1. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Construction Standards, Legal Regulations, Energy Efficiency Guidelines, Construction Practice And Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable National Standards And European Technical Assessments And Have The Required Certificates.2.
