1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of Developing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Wojska Polskiego In Wolin (District Road No. 3019Z) Along With The Infrastructure From The Intersection With Ul. Zamkowa To The Roundabout In Ul. Konopnicka, Including Intersections, Taking Into Account The Obligation To Obtain The Necessary Decisions/Certificates Enabling The Ordering Party To Start The Construction Project, And The Services Of Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment.2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Three Stages: A) Stage I - Development Of A Design Concept Taking Into Account The Conservation Guidelines Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments And The Conditions Of Infrastructure Owners, On A Map For Design Purposes. B) Stage Ii - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Covered By The Scope Of This Contract, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions/Certificates Enabling The Ordering Party To Commence The Construction Project. C) Stage Iii - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performing Geotechnical Research And Preparing A Geotechnical Opinion, 2) Obtaining Conservation Guidelines From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments, 3) Developing A Design Concept - Preparing A Concept Of Land Development And Proposed Design Solutions, Taking Into Account All Industries, Which Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Developing The Design Documentation, 4) Developing A Complete Construction And Executive Design, Also In The Scope Of Possible Collisions, Taking Into Account The Following Industries: Road, Energy And Electricity, Telecommunications, Sanitary, 5) Obtaining A Permit From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Works, 6) Developing A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization, 7) Developing Detailed Technical Specifications For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Design Documentation, 8) Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Documentation, 9) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities With A Detailed List Works,10) Obtaining, At Its Own Expense, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions - Including Maps For Design Purposes - Necessary For The Design And Obtaining A Building Permit By The Ordering Party/No Objection To The Notification Of The Construction Of Facilities Or Performance Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit From The Appropriate Authority Along With The Lack Of Objection (After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Issue The Contractor With Appropriate Authorization),11) Development Of Possible Explanations For The Submitted Application For A Building Permit Decision/Notification Of The Intention To Perform The Works Construction,12) Developing Answers
