1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Service Including Reading Of Measuring Devices In Order To Determine The Amount Of Utilities Used, I.E. Consumption Of Hot Water And/Or Cold Water And/Or Heat And/Or Electricity And/Or Gas, And Settling The Costs Of Consumption Of The Above-Mentioned. Utilities In Buildings With Heating, Owned By The Wrocław Commune, Including Premises Located In These Buildings Equipped With: 1) Hot Water Meters And Cold Water Meters 2) Heat Meters 3) Logotherms 4) Heat Cost Allocators 5) Electricity Meters 6) Gas Meters 2. The Detailed Scope Of Duties Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Determining The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: In Connection With The Application Of The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor And The Subcontractor Undertake To Employ, During The Implementation Of This Contract, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons To Perform Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Reading Measuring Devices Regarding The Consumption Of Hot Water And/Or Cold Water And/Or Heat And/Or Electricity And/Or Gas In Buildings With Heating, Owned By The Wrocław Commune, Including Premises Located In These Buildings Equipped With: Hot Water Meters And Water Meters Cold Meters, Heat Meters, Logotherms, Heat Cost Allocators, Electricity Meters, Gas Meters And The Provision Of Services Including The Settlement Of The Above-Mentioned Utilities In Metered And Unmetered Premises In The Scope Of Water And Sewage Consumption And/Or Heat Consumption For The Purposes Of Central Heating And Cold Water Heating Throughout The Entire Period Of These Activities. Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned. Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Pzp.9 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law.
