1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Involving The Launch And Management Of The Okbike! City Bike System. Consisting In: 1) Ensuring The Operation Of 17 Bicycle Stations In The Agreed Location In The Periods: A) From May 1, 2026. Until October 31, 2026, B) From May 1, 2027 Until October 31, 2027; C) From May 1, 2028 By October 31, 20282) Equipping Each Bicycle Station With An Information Board,3) Equipping Bicycle Stations With A Total Of At Least 120 Bicycle Racks And 70 Bicycles;4) Ensuring, During The Active Season, 24-Hour Access For Registered Users To The Rental System;5) Preparing And Updating The Visual Identification Of The Stations And Bicycles In Consultation With The Ordering Party;6) Preparing, Maintaining And Updating A Dedicated Website Of The System And The Module Registration In Consultation With The Ordering Party During The Order Execution Period;7) Logistical And Relocation Support For The System, Monitoring The Number Of Bicycles At Individual Bicycle Stations, And, If Necessary, Transporting Bicycles From Stations Where Bicycles Accumulated To Stations Where There Is A Shortage Of Bicycles;8) Technical Support During The Operation Of The System In The City In The Implementation Of The City Bike Rental System;9) Launching And Functioning Of The Telephone Customer Service Office During The Order Execution Period;10) Leaving Stations And Securing Bicycles During Seasonal Breaks In Operation.2.
