The Subject Of The Contract Includes Modernization Of The Register Of Land And Buildings In The Registration Area: Id: 180201_5.0003 - Humniska Pursuant To Art. 24A Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Records Of Land And Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219, As Amended). Achieving The Assumed Goal Of The Completed Order Will Allow For Improving The Quality Of Data In The Land And Building Records, As Well As Streamlining The Process Of Maintaining, Maintaining And Providing Access To Land And Building Records In The Form Of Numerical Files And Network Services, And In Particular It Will Improve Automation Processes In The Scope Of Viewing Pzgik Data, Handling Notifications Of Surveying Works And Providing Pzgik Materials. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Stages That Will Be Subject To Separate Acceptance And Settlement, I.E.: 1) Stage I: Includes The Work Specified In Chapter Iv. 1-5 Of The Modernization Project;2) Stage Ii: Includes The Works Specified In Chapter Iv. 6-12 Of The Modernization Project;3) Stage Iii: Includes The Works Specified In Chapter Iv. 13-14 Of The Modernization Project; 4) Stage Iv: Includes The Works Specified In Chapter Iv. 15-18 Modernization Project.
