1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Basic Chemical Reagents For The Needs Of The Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Piasts Of Silesia In Wrocław.Ww. Reagents Belong To Group 6 Reagents For Cell Biology (For Research, Experimental, Scientific And Development Purposes).2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Quantity And Type In The Assortment And Price Sheet Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. However, The Quantities Provided In The Sheet Are Only A Forecast Needed To Compare Offers. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Order Reagents In Quantities Consistent With The Actual Needs Of Users. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Assortment From The Assortment And Price Sheet, Annex No. 2 To The Tor And Not To Use The Entire Contractual Amount, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor To Deliver Deliveries Worth Not Less Than 40% Of The Contractual Amount.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Reagents Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of Poland And That They Correspond To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tor. Reagents Must Be Brand New And Cannot Be Repackaged Or Transferred By The Contractor Or Other Entity Into Non-Original Packaging.4. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party By Providing, Respectively, In The Product And Price Sheet (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), The Manufacturers Name And Catalog Number.
