Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Implementation Of The Project Titled Strengthening The Cybersecurity System Of The Szczecinek City Hall As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project

Part 1 Of The Order Includes - Delivery And Configuration Of Two Servers With A Disk Array - High Availability Cluster (Ha) With Managed Switches In The Following Quantities: - Server - 2 Pcs., - Disk Array - 1 Pc. - Type I Managed Switches - 2 Pcs. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026 In Relation To Servers And Arrays Disk And No Earlier Than 2025 In Relation To Managed Switches, As Well As Free From Any Encumbrances And Rights Of Third Parties. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Description And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To Swz.1. The Contractor Will Provide Equipment Whose Parameters Will Be Consistent (Or Higher) With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Attachments: No. 1 For Part 1, No. 2 For Part 2, No. 3 For Part 3 And No. 4 For Part 4 To This Swz.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing In The Devices, Commissioning And Their Configuration In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of The Delivered Equipment Along With The Serial Numbers Of The Devices And All Documentation Provided By The Device Manufacturer.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Covered By A Warranty Period For Defects And A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Protocol Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order For The Part: Part 1 - A Minimum Of 60 Months Of Warranty For Servers And Disk Arrays, And For Network Switches, A Minimum Of 60 Months After The Announcement Of The End Of Device Production. The Parties Extend The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months. The Warranty Period Is Extended By The Duration Of The Repairs. Detailed Terms Of The Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantee Are Presented In The Contract Templates Constituting Attachments: No. 16 For Part 1, No. 17 For Part 2, No. 18 For Part 3, No. 19 For Part 4 To This Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts For Which An Order May Be Awarded To One Contractor, As Referred To In Art. 91 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. Therefore, The Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Parts Of This Order.6. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Subject Of The Contract Described Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. If The Swz Or Its Annexes Indicate Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers, I.E. The Use Of Solutions Other Than Those Indicated In The Trademarks, Etc., Provided That Parameters Ar
