Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of Recreational Areas And Facilities.

1. Subject Of The Order Entitled Maintenance Of Recreational Areas And Facilities Includes The Ongoing Maintenance Of Playgrounds, Outdoor Gyms And Recreational And Sports Areas, Including: 1) Maintaining The Equipment In A Condition That Ensures Their Proper Functioning, 2) Keeping The Facility Area Clean, Including Emptying Waste Bins And Waste Segregation Bins, 3) Maintaining The Proper Condition Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Fences And Gates, 4) Maintaining, Repairing And Maintaining The Surface (Grass, Sand, Gravel, Polyurethane, Concrete),5) Cleaning, Maintenance And Repair Of Playground Equipment, Strength Equipment, Sports Equipment, Calisthenics Equipment, Skate Park Equipment Located On The Facilities,6) Inspection Of Areas In Accordance With The List (Daily And Functional Inspection),7) Other Tasks Commissioned By The Ordering Party Related To The Subject Of The Contract, In The Event Of Random Situations. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Location, Frequency Of Services - Are Described In Detail In Annexes No. 1 - 3 To The Template Contracts.2. The Works Will Be Performed From Monday To Friday And Completed By 3 P.M. Every Day (5 Days A Week) And On Saturday At The Most Frequented Facilities In Accordance With The Opz Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template. Additionally, The Contractor: 1) Will Provide Telephone Communication Between: 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. During The Contract Period From Monday To Sunday (Including Holidays) To Receive Reports From Employees Of The Gkioś Department Or The City Guard Regarding Facilities And Devices, And Will Immediately Undertake Appropriate Intervention (In Particular By Removing Or Securing Devices And Facilities Posing A Threat To The Safety Of Users) No Later Than The Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer, 2) The Indicated Place Will Effectively Secure The Indicated Place With Tape Against Further Use Of Damaged Devices Or Elements, Posing A Risk Of Accident, Posing A Threat To The Safety Of Life And Health Of Users (Including Their Possible Dismantling), Or Will Protect The Devices And Elements In Another Effective Way Until They Are Repaired Or Replaced. The Contractor Will Be Financially Liable For The Consequences Of Events Resulting From Improper Security Of The Device. If The Device Is Temporarily Removed (For Repair), Its Foundations Should Also Be Removed Or Secured So That They Do Not Pose A Threat. Information About Damage That Poses A Threat To The Safety Of Life And Health Of Users Should Be Posted In A Visible Place. Please Make Sure That The Recesses Of Lighting Poles On Playgrounds Are Properly Secured. In The Event Of Such Irregularities, The City Guard Or An Employee Of The Gkioś Department Of The Knurów City Hall Should Be Notified Of The Situation In Order To Take Immediate Intervention.3) Will Ensure The Replacement (Disassembly And Assembly) Of Worn-Out Or Damaged Elements Of Playground Equipment, Gym Equipment And Calisthenics Equip
