Tenders Are Invited For Rental Of Large Screens For Events Organized By Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Large Screens And Multimedia Equipment, Including Assembly, Operation And Disassembly, For The Duration Of Events Organized And Co-Organized By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers. The Order Is Divided Into Basic Scope And Option. 1) The Basic Scope Includes The Following Events: • 18Th Pko Poznań Half Marathon, • 25Th Poznań Marathon, 2) The Scope Covered By The Option Law Includes The Following Events: • Memorial. Czesław Cybulski.3) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Indicated In § 5 Section 5 Of The Contract, No Later Than 30 Days Before The Date Of The Planned Event To Which The Option Applies.4) Exercising The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party And Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Dates Of Provision Of Individual Services And The Technical Specifications Of The Multimedia Equipment, Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Must Ensure That Multimedia Equipment Is Operated By At Least Two Qualified Multimedia Technicians For Each Event.4. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Request A List Of Persons Assigned To Perform The Order. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period.6. Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences.7. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance.8. The Contractor Declares That He Has Certificates Regarding The Non-Flammability Of The Structure And Will Present It To The Ordering Party At The Request Of The Ordering Party.9. After Installing The Stands, The Contractor Will Present The Employer With A Static Test Of The Constructed Structures.
