The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Surgical Tools As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Retrofitting The Provincial Hospital In Kielce With Medical Equipment For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Patients With Oncological Diseases For The Needs Of The Operating Theater, I.E.: A) Set Of Surgical Tools - 3 Sets. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Non-Exhibition, Non-Demonstrative. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm) Principle, In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of 18 June 2020. This Principle Applies In Connection With The Financing Of The Contract Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo). The Dnsh Principle Means That At No Stage Of The Contract Implementation - From Production, Through Delivery, Use, To Possible Disposal - May There Be Serious Damage To The Eu Environmental Objectives, I.E.: 1. Mitigating Climate Change,2. Adaptation To Climate Change,3. Sustainable Management Of Water And Marine Resources,4. Circular Economy (Circular Economy),5. Pollution Prevention And Control,6. Protection Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Quantities Are Specified In Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz - List Of Technical And Functional Parameters. Information On The Principles Of Delivery, Guarantees And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Appropriately Modify The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract In The Event That One Contractor Is Awarded A Public Contract For More Than One Task In This Procedure.
