The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For A Complex Of Electrical, Energy, Robotics And Automation Laboratories In The Form Of: 1 Piece Of Robotic Teaching Station In The Kawasaki Standard Or Equivalent To The Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools No. 2 In Katowice As Part Of The Project Entitled: In Pursuit Of Technology - Modern Vocational Education As A Response To Future Needs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment. Additional Information: The Description Of The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz (I.E. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers), Because It Specifies The Services That Will Be Provided If The Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous And Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. However, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party - On A Meets/Does Not Meet Basis, But Also Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Offered Equipment In Order To Clearly Identify It And/Or Specify The Values ​​Of Technical Parameters Or Features Of The Offered Devices. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure And Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. Therefore, Any Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Failure To Complete Or Incorrectly Complete The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Making It Impossible For The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Device, Or The Inability To Determine Whether The Offered Devices Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Referred To In The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Will Result In Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter C) And/Or Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.  However, Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Meets/Does Not Meet (Without The Need To Specify The Information), Do Not Constitute The Content Of The Offer, But Constitute A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
