The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Basic Care Services To People Living In The Okonek Commune, In Their Place Of Residence, In The Period From March 1, 2026 (Or From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) To December 31, 2026. The Care Covers Persons Within The Meaning Of Article 50 Section 1-3 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), I.E. Single People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People. The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Care Services At Times Adapted To The Needs Of The Persons Under Their Care, Including In The Afternoons And On Days Off From Work, I.E. On All Days Of The Week: On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays. And Holidays, From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. Estimated Number Of Hours And People Covered By Care: Total Maximum Number Of Service Hours: 5,554 Hours (Five Thousand Five Hundred And Fifty-Four). An Hour Of Service Is A Clock Hour (60 Minutes), Counted As Actual Time Worked At The Care Recipients (Clients) Home, Excluding Travel Time Or Arrival Time To Their Place Of Residence. The Number Of Hours Was Planned Based On The Assumption That At Least 30 People Will Be Covered By Care Services. The Number Of Hours May Change And Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Status And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. The Indicated Number Of Hours Is The Maximum Amount That Can Be Completed Under The Subject Order. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Number Of Hours Performed Under The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Indicated Number Of Hours During The Execution Of The Order, But By No More Than 50% Of The Value Indicated Above. 1.2. Scope Of Care Services. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Basic Care Services, Including Assistance In Meeting Daily Living Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, In Particular: 1) Assistance In Meeting Daily Living Needs, Including: Maintaining Cleanliness In The Rooms Of The Person Covered By The Care Service, Preparing Or Delivering A Meal Taking Into Account Dietary Recommendations, Assistance In Eating A Meal, Purchasing Groceries And Other Household Items, Washing Or Having Personal Underwear And Bed Linen Washed, Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters, Improving Functioning In Society; 2) Hygienic Care, Including: Washing And Bathing, Care Recommended By A Doctor, Putting The Patient In Bed, Changing Underwear And Bed Linen, Assistance In Meeting Physiological Needs, Preventing Pressure Sores, Making The Bed; 3) Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, In Particular Aimed At Maintaining Ties With The Local Community And Family.
