If The Prototype Is Not Approved In The Second Instance, Metro May Annul Or Apply A Fine And Make The Bid Seriousness Guarantee Note Effective, Depending On Whether Non-Compliance Affects The Start Of Production Period. - The Analyzes Of The Prototypes Will Be Carried Out In 2 Instances.
