The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Building Of The Czarny Bór Commune Office, Consisting Of, Among Others: On: 1) Insulating The External Walls Of The Building, 2) Insulating The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic, 3) Replacing The Existing External Windows And Doors, 4) Rebuilding The Heating System, Including Replacing The Central Heating Installation. To A New One With The Replacement Of Radiators With Thermostatic Valves And A Change Of The Heating Method To A Heat Pump Powered By A Photovoltaic Installation (The Existing Gas Boiler Is Left As A Peak Source). 5) Reconstruction Of The Water And Sewage Installation. With The Replacement Of Hot Water Heaters,6) Construction Of A New Installation To Power The Designed Heating Devices And Related Elements7) Installation Of An Additional Photovoltaic Installation,8) Construction Of A New Lighting Installation And Replacement Of Existing Luminaires With Led Luminaires In The Engine Room/Boiler Room.
