The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Related To Modernization Of Heating Plants Of Local Public Buildings In Skrewlno. The Project Will Be Located In The Commune Of Skrewlno (Rypiński Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), In The Town Of Skrewlno, On The Premises Of Public Utility Facilities In Skrewlno At Ul. Bieżuńska, Plot No. 918/2, 918/6, 920/4, Skrewlno Registration District, Including The Following Buildings: - Primary School Building, Ul. Bieżuńska 16, - Former Junior High School Building, Ul. Bieżuńska 16, - Municipal Kindergarten Building, Ul. Leśna 11, - Sports Hall Building, Ul. Bieżuńska 16, - Water Treatment Station Building, Ul. Bieżuńska 18. The Project Involves Replacing The Heat Source With A Renewable Energy Source For The Primary School Buildings, The Secondary School Building, The Kindergarten Building, The Sports Hall Building And The Water Treatment Plant Building In Skrewlno. Currently, The Source Of Heat For The Above-Mentioned Buildings. Public Buildings There Are Two Coal Boilers (Type Of Fuel Used - Fine Coal) With A Capacity Of 350 Kw Each. As Part Of The Investment In Question, It Is Planned To Replace Them With Two Heat Pumps With A Capacity Of 210.1 Kw Each And An Oil Condensing Boiler With A Capacity Of 264 Kw. Heat For The Heat Pumps Will Be Supplied From The Ground Through Drilled Holes And A Pipeline System. Additionally, The Task Includes The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels (120 Modules With A Capacity Of 410 Wp Each) On The Ground In The Vicinity Of Buildings With An Expected Energy Production Of 47,460 Kwh Per Year, Along With The Modernization Of The Electrical Installation For New Energy Sources And The Construction Of An Energy Storage Facility. Moreover, As Part Of Thermal Modernization Activities, It Is Planned To Replace External Windows (With A Total Area Of 9,518 M2) And Doors (With A Total Area Of 22,150 M2) In The Boiler Room. Detailed Scope Of The Project: - Dismantling The Existing Coal Boilers, - Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, - Construction Of An Energy Storage Facility, - Delivery And Installation Of Heat Pumps, - Delivery And Installation Of An Oil Boiler, - Modernization Of Sanitary Installations In The Boiler Room, - Replacement Of Windows And External Doors In The Boiler Room, - Drilling Holes With Pipelines For Heat Pumps, - Modernization Of The Facilitys Electrical Installations Resulting From The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Heat Pumps. A New Chimney Insert Dedicated To The Needs Of The Designed Fuel Oil Boiler Should Be Used. According To Archival Documentation, The Height Of The Chimney Is Approximately 8.5 M, Above The Roof Level. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Dimensions In The Field. The Boiler Room Should Be Equipped With Supply And Exhaust Ducts. The Recommended Supply Ventilation Solution Is A Separate Z-Shaped Supply Duct. Supply And
