I. Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Road With Sidewalks And Exits, And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, He Will Prepare A Notice And Notify The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And Commencement Of Use Of The Building Without The Objection Of This Authority, And If It Proves Necessary, He Will Prepare And Submit An Application And Obtain A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit, As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of Orwida Street In Wołomin.
