Medical Transport Concerns Patients (Adults And Children Weighing Up To Approx. 120 Kg) Who Can Move Independently And Those Who Do Not Move Independently, As Well As Patients Who Require Transport. The Task Is: - Transport Of Patients From The Hospital To The Ambulance And From The Ambulance To The Place Designated In The Transport Order, - Assistance To Patients With Getting In And Out Of The Car And Getting To The Destination Along With Delivering The Patients Personal Belongings (Possibly The Patients Luggage), - Providing The Transported Persons With The Necessary Medical Assistance And All Activities Aimed At Achieving The Best Health Or Well-Being Effect During Transport.1. Ambulance Transport Is To Be Performed By A Rescuer Or Paramedic Driver, And A Paramedic Is Understood As A Person Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 10 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 91, As Amended) And In The Act Of December 1, 2022 On The Profession Of Paramedic And The Self-Government Of Paramedics (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 339, As Amended), Or A Crew At Least Trained In Zakresie Udzielania Kwalifikowanej Pierwszej Pomocy.2. 24-Hour Transport By Medical Transport Equipped With Traffic Lights From Hospital Departments, Emergency Departments And Hospital Clinics.3. The Service Should Be Provided, Depending On The Need, In The Following Personnel: A Rescuer Driver With A Rescuer Or Paramedic, Or Only A Rescuer Driver Or A Paramedic Driver. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide An Appropriate Means Of Sanitary Transport Within No More Than 2 Hours Of Reporting The Need For Transport. In The Case Of Transport Scheduled 24 Hours In Advance Or Longer (Over 50 Km), The Arrival Of The Transport Cannot Be Later Than 15 Minutes After The Agreed Transport Time.5. To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal At Least 4 Means Of Sanitary Transport Meeting The Standards Pn-En-1789 Or Equivalent Class A1, A2 Or Higher - See The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Meeting The Technical And Quality Features Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards.6. Vehicles Used To Perform The Service Must Have Current Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance, A Current Technical Inspection Allowing For Traffic And A Positive Sanitary Opinion.7. The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To Undergo Inspection Regarding The Mode, Scope And Quality Of The Services Provided, Which Are The Subject Of The Agreement, By Persons Designated By The Ordering Party.8.
