Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Road Salt To The District Road Administration In Grójec From Odrzywołek

The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery (Sale Together With Transport And Unloading) Of Non-Caking Road Salt (In Bulk) Of Domestic Origin, Produced And Obtained In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Intended For Winter Road Maintenance To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Odrzywołek, In An Amount Of Up To 250 Tons, (Basic Part), With A Possible Option To Extend The Order To 375 Mg. Requirements Regarding The Grain Size Of Road Salt:• Grains Over 6.00 Mm Should Constitute Max. 10%• Grains Below 1.00 Mm Should Constitute Max. 60% The Supplied Road Salt Should: • Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-86/C-84081/02 Standard, • Have A Current Opinion Issued By The Road And Bridge Research Institute And A Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene Or An Equivalent Laboratory. The Method Of Carrying Out The Task Is Determined By The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works (Appendix No. 6 To The Siwz). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Scope Of The Order Is An Estimate. The Actual Amount Of Material Delivered May Be Less Than Indicated, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: • The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered After The Order Is Placed By Telephone, • The Quantity Of A Single Delivery Will Be Approximately 50 To 100 Mg, • The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Goods Within The Set Time From The Date Of Notification Of The Demand, • Each Received Batch Of The Order Must Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Compliance With The Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02, Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute And The Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene Or An Equivalent Laboratory, • The Material Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense To The Ordering Partys Equipment And Transport Base - Road Circuit In Odrzywołek (Odrzywołek 8A, 05-622 Belsk Duży), • The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Date And Time Delivery,• The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload The Material At The Indicated Place,• Delivery Will Take Place On Working Days From 7:30 A.M. To 15:00, • If A Product Of Inadequate Quality (Contaminated, Lumpy) Is Delivered, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace It With A Product Of Appropriate Quality Within 2 Business Days.
