The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services At The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno: A) Comprehensive Cleaning And Ongoing Maintenance Of Rooms With A Total Usable Area Of 3,371.93 M2; B) Window Cleaning With A Total Area Of 13.35 M², Performed Three Times A Year, In Rooms Not Covered By The Comprehensive Cleaning And Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness Services (I.E. A-4A, A-201, A-107, A-014, A-005, A-011, E-3C, E-3D). C) Sweeping The External Stairs In Building D And The Terrace In Building A, With A Total Area Of ​​118.22 M², Carried Out In The Period From March To October. The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno Is A Co-Educational Home Where 162 Chronically Mentally Ill People Stay 24/7.2. By Cleaning, The Ordering Party Understands All Activities Aimed At Maintaining Order, Hygiene And Aesthetics, Including Keeping Dirty Surfaces Clean In Dps Buildings, Including Various Types Of Activities, Including The Activities Listed In Point. 5 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Table). 3.
