Expression of Interest for Tajikistan - Law on Alternative Investments to help support venture, private equity for startpsSME The primary objective of this engagement is to create an enabling regulatory environment for structuring venture capital and private equity deals in Tajikistan through the development of an Alternative Investment Law (AIL) in local language with support of international experts that are already in place. Task includes entire package for AIL as well as assisting with changes in several other regulations to ensure enforceability of the AIL based on already completed regulatory review already done (this review will be provided to local contractor once selected). This work will involve regular engagement with government counterparts and IFC team. This task requires continuous teams presence in Dushanbe.
