Tenders Are Invited For Fve Kindergarten Zahrádka Sezimovo Ústí

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pv) On The Roof Of The Kindergarten Building In Kaplického Street In Sezimov Ústí (Hereinafter Referred To As Mš Zahrádka Or Kindergarten) With A Total Output Of 34.56 Kwp, So No Building Permit Or Zoning Decision Is Required. The Pv Plant Will Be Installed On The Existing Flat Roof Of The Kindergarten And Battery Storage With A Total Nominal Capacity Of 77.3 Kwh. The Aim Is To Reduce The Consumed Electricity From The Distribution Network, While Any Other Excess Electricity Will Be Delivered To The Eg.D, A.S. Distribution Network According To The Valid Connection Agreement. Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Placed On The Flat Roof Of Zahrádek Kindergarten. The Total Area Of The Flat Roof Is Approx. 470 M2, Of Which Approx. 160 M2 Of The Roof Area Will Be The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels, Including Expansion Joints Between Individual Pv Panels. The Panels Will Be Anchored To The Aluminum Structure For Flat Roofs, Which Will Be Weighted To The Roof Covering According To The Manufacturers Load Plan. Inverters And Technological Switchboards Will Be Located In A Dedicated Technical Room In The Basement Of The Building. The Output Of The Power On The Lv Side Will Be Carried Out To The Main Switchboard Of The Building Located Outside The Building At The Location Of The Electricity Meter Switchboard Of The Building. The Pv Panels Are Connected To Each Other In Series-Parallel Strings And Then Led Through A System Cable Gland To The Attic Of The Building And Through The Surge Protection System, Then Along The Facade Of The Building To A Dedicated Technical Room, Through The System Of Surge Protection And Fuse Disconnectors To The Individual Inverters, And Then Through The Protection System Connected To The Electrical Installation Of Both Consumption Points. The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Carry Out A Warranty Test Of The Usable Capacity Of The Battery When The Pv System Is Put Into Operation And To Draw Up A Report On Its Execution, While Submitting The Report With The Results Of The Guarantee Test To The Contracting Authority Without Undue Delay. The Contracting Authority States That The Financing Of The Public Contract Was Requested From The Subsidy Funds Of The Modernization Fund Of The State Environmental Fund. The Decision To Provide The Subsidy Was Not Issued On The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Contract.
