The Work Within This Assignment Will Be Carried Out Via Partial Assignments And Relate To The Functional Maintenance And Renovation Of The Public Lighting Installation. The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Supplying Masts And Luminaires - Installing, Replacing, Installing And Connecting Lighting Objects, Masts And Luminaires - Coordinating Work On The Regulated Network - Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Including: O Organizing And Maintaining A Breakdown Watch Service O Carrying Out Regular Maintenance O Resolving Disruptions And Defects O Repairing Damage Caused By Collisions Or Destruction O Repairing Damage Due To Age Or Wear And Tear O Moving Lighting Objects O Re-Aligning Crooked Masts O Replacing Masts And Fixtures O Preventive Maintenance Of Switching And Distribution Devices Of The Municipal Ovl-Ne Expected Size Of The Framework Agreement: The Municipality Of Waalwijk Expects To Purchase Work With An Expected Total Value Of € 4,000,000 Over The Entire Term (Maximum 4 Years) Of The Framework Agreement. Maximum Scope (Or: Limitation) Of The Framework Agreement: The Municipality Will Purchase Work During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, With A Maximum Total Value Of € 5,500,000 (Excluding Indexation In Accordance With The Framework Agreement). As Soon As The Maximum Amount Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically.
