The Subscriber Decides On The Use And Duration Of The Option Separately. The Products To Be Purchased Are Congratulatory, Condolence And Anniversary Flower Bouquets, As Well As Congratulatory Roses For Those Graduating From School In The Spring (Including Eskari). In Addition, The Customer Can Purchase Other Flowers Or Flower Arrangements, Cards, Pine Wreaths, Addresses And Other Products Within The Framework Of This Purchase. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, The Detailed Conditions Of Which Are Described In The Contract Procedure Section Of This Call For Tenders. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Purchase Quantities In Terms Of Procurement, But Products Are Purchased According To The Customers Needs And Allocated Funds. This Purchase Does Not Apply To Seedlings, Flowers Or Plants Purchased For Infrastructure Services / Parks.
