Porvoos City Surveying Unit Requests An Offer For Aerial Photography, Laser Scanning And Orthoimage Mosaic In The City Of Porvoo According To The General Work Program (Appendix 2). Task Definition And Scope Of Work The Filming Area Is Located In The Center Of Porvoo. The Area Is Approx. 1837 Ha. The Definition Of The Imaging Area Is Shown In Appendix 1. Etrs-Gk26 Is In Use In The Area. The Height System Is N2000. The Main Points Of The Work Are Defined In The Attached Work Program (Appendix 2). Accuracy Of The Work 1:500, Measurement Class 1E. Surveying And Description Will Be Done In Such A Way That It Is Appropriate For The Later Creation Of A Map And 3D City Model. The Tenderer Must Prepare A Work Plan For Inspection And Approval By The Customer (Mapping Supervisor) Before Starting The Work. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Its Entirety During 2026. Aerial Photography And Laser Scanning Will Be Carried Out In The Spring Of 2026 Before The Leaves Break Out On The Trees. Point Cloud Data In Las Format And Orthoimages In Tiff And Ecw Formats Will Be Handed Over To The City No Later Than August 17, 2026. The More Precise Timing And Schedule Of The Work Will Be Agreed Separately With The Selected Bidder. The Price Includes All Materials And Calculations Created From Laser Scanning And Imaging, Which Will Be Handed Over To The City With Full Copyright, Ownership And Usage Rights, In The Open Data Transfer Format Agreed In The Work Plan, With An External On The Hard Drive.
