The Procurement Includes Equipment Rental, Service And Maintenance, Equipment Training And User Support And Guidance. There Are Currently Presses And/Or Balers In Four (4) Locations In Properties Managed By Siun Sote (Tikkamäki Hospital, Tikkamäentie 16 Joensuu, Honkalampi Center, Ylämyllyntie 94 Ylämylly, Logistiikkakeskus, Pilkontie 2 Joensuu, Siilainen Terveyasema, Noljakantie 17, Joensuu). The Destinations Currently Use Fixed-Term Leasing Equipment That Expires At Different Times, And Within The Framework Of The Future Agreement, Equipment Will Be Rented As Needed When The Current Leasing Agreements Expire. The Number And Location Of Items And/Or Equipment May Change During The Contract Period. In Procurement, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected, With Whom A Fixed-Term Contract Of 36 Months + A Possible Option Period Of 36 Months Will Be Concluded. The Contract Period Is Planned To Start On April 1, 2026. Within The Framework Of The Agreement, Rental Equipment Is Ordered As Needed. A Device-Specific Leasing Agreement Of 36 Months + A Possible Option Period Of 36 Months Is Concluded For The Ordered Devices. If The Selected Supplier Already Has A Press/Baler Somewhere In The Customers Location That Meets The Requirements Of This Tender And Which Can Be Considered Equivalent To A New Device, The Customer Will Decide On A Device-By-Device Renewal. If The Customer Considers That The Current Equipment Is In Good Condition And Like New In Addition To Meeting The Requirements Of The Request For Quotation, The Rental Relationship Can Be Continued Under The Previous Conditions. If The Current Device Does Not Meet The Requirements Of This Tender Or The Customer Does Not Consider It To Be Like New, The Supplier Must Replace The Device With A New One. The Terms And Prices Of This Purchase Apply To The New Device.
