Work Detail
The Administrative Building Of The Silistra Port Terminal Was Put Into Operation In 1947. The Building Has A Built-Up Area Of ​​465 Square Meters And Is Developed On Three Floors - Two Above Ground And One Underground. Between The First And Second Above-Ground Floors There Is A Reinforced Concrete Terrace That Surrounds The Building, It Is Supported By Reinforced Concrete Columns. There Is A Safety Railing On The Terrace. Above The Second Floor There Is A Reinforced Concrete Visor Around The Entire Building With A Width Of 0.78 M. The Roof Structure Is Wooden Four-Pitched, Laid On The Reinforced Concrete Slab Of The Second Above-Ground Floor And Covered With Tiles. The Visor Has Cracks On The Plate Above And Below, With Heavily Exposed And Corroded Reinforcement Visible In Many Places. Over The Years, Bitumen Waterproofing Was Done On Part Of The Visor And The Terrace, But It Is Highly Compromised And Does Not Fulfill Its Purpose. The Joinery (Windows And Doors) Is Wooden And Dates From 1947. It Is Highly Amortized And Every Time It Rains Or Snows, Water Enters The Premises, As A Result Of Which The Interior Walls Have A Highly Compromised Plaster That Crumbles. Bulris Equipment Is Located On The First Floor Of The Building, But Stains Have Formed On The Plaster On The Ceiling As A Result Of Water Leaking From The Second Floor. The Building Has Not Been Renovated In The Last 30 Years. Partial Renovations Of Individual Rooms On The First Floor Have Been Carried Out. The Pavement On The South Side Of The Building Is Severely Compromised, Rainwater Is Not Drained Away From The Building But Pours Into Its Foundations. The Activities Included In The Ongoing Renovation Of The Building Are: - Repair Works On The Visor On The Second Floor Of The Building; - Renovation Of The Second Floor Of The Building; - Repair Works On The Facade And The Terrace On The Second Floor Of The Building; - Renovation Of The First Floor Of The Building; - Repair Works On The Rainwater Drainage Elements From The Roof And The Terrace And The Waterproof Pavement On The South Side Of The Building.
