Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Fuel For Diesel Engines, Winter, Level E, Mineral Without Bio-Components

Supply Of Fuel For Diesel Engines, Winter, Level E, Mineral Without Bio-Components, According To Art. 50, Para. 1 Of The Law On Energy From Renewable Sources. The Estimated Quantity Is Up To 177,488 Tons ± 0.5% And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude A Contract Up To The Amount Of The Provided Financial Resources. Diesel Fuel Should Meet The Indicators Specified In Appendix No. 2 To Art. 6, Item 2 Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control. Delivery Is Carried Out According To A Schedule Specified With The Contracting Authority. Delivery Is Carried Out By Rail Transport And/Or By Product Pipeline. The Amount Of Fuel Is Determined By A Mass Flow Meter Specified By The Contracting Authority. Each Lot Or The Entire Amount In One Tank Is Accepted After Quality Control Carried Out By A Company For Commodity Control, Determined By The Employer, And The Costs Of The Quality Are Borne By The Contractor. The Delivery Term Is Up To 12 (Twelve) Months From The Issuance Of A Warehouse Record For Depositing The Fuel In A Warehouse Registered In Accordance With Art. 38 Of The Civil Code. The Method And Conditions Of Payment Are Described In Detail In The Order-Specification. On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 4 Of The Zop, The Contract Is Concluded According To The Rules Of The Relevant Exchange. According To The Order-Specification, At Least One Contract Should Be Concluded.
