The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is To Solicit Proposals For The Design, Supply, And Installation Of A New Insulated Ceiling And Lighting System Within The Main Ice Surface Area Of The Town Of Coaldale’S Ice Arena. The Scope Of Work Includes The Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Ceiling And Lighting. The Town Of Coaldale Is Seeking Non-Binding Expressions Of Interest From Qualified Proponents Who May Wish To Enter Into A Contract To Design, Supply, And Install A Budget-Conscious Replacement Of The Existing Insulated Ceiling And Lighting. The Objective Of This Project Is To Deliver A Cost-Effective Upgrade That Improves Both Thermal Performance (R-Value) And Lighting Quality Within The Facility.
