Bids Are Invited For Hiring Companies To Distribute Drinking Water Via Pipe Trucks To Extreme Municipalities Residents Of Rural Neighborhoods Without Supply And Due To Risk Situations And/Or Social Vulnerability And In Public Buildings
Drinking Water The Service Must Be Carried Out By A Tank Truck With A Minimum Capacity Of 10 M³, Intended Exclusively For The Transport Of Drinking Water, Built In Suitable Material And In Compliance With Current Health Standards. The Water Supplied Must Meet The Potability Standards Established By Current Health Legislation, Being Suitable For Human Consumption. The Contracted Company Must Provide, In Addition To The Driver, A Duly Qualified Helper, To Assist In The Execution Of Water Distribution Services, Including Hose Handling, Operational Support And Other Activities Necessary For The Correct Provision Of The Service. In The Event Of An Emergency Request, Water Delivery Must Occur Within A Maximum Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours, Counting From The Formal Request From The Administration. When The Water Truck Is Requested To Distribute Water To Residents, Service Must Cover The Entire Neighborhood Indicated, Regardless Of The Number Of Residences That Will Be Served, Guaranteeing Equitable Access To The Service.
