Lot 1 - Execution Of At Least 20 Housing Units As Per Project, Descriptive Memorandum And Physical/Financial Schedule Attached, Lot 2 - Compact Type Individual Domestic Sewage Treatment System, Sized To Serve A Low Standard Single-Family Residence, With Four Residents, With A Minimum Daily Contribution Of 1,000 Liters Of Sewage. The Treatment Must Include, At A Minimum, A Biological Reactor Followed By A Biological Filter, Or An Equivalent Process With Proven Efficiency, And Systems That Present Lower Performance Than This Configuration Will Not Be Accepted. The Equipment Must Fully Comply With The Guidelines Of Current Technical Standards, In Particular Abnt Nbr 17076/2024, And Must Ensure A Minimum Efficiency Of Removing Bod And Total Suspended Solids Equal To Or Greater Than 80%. To Prove Its Performance, The System Must Be Accompanied By A Test Report Issued By A Laboratory Accredited By Inmetro Or Equivalent Entity. The Sizing Of The System Must Be Drawn Up By A Qualified Professional, Considering The Project Population And The Minimum Daily Flow Of 1,000 Liters, In Accordance With Current Regulations, With The Presentation Of The Technical Responsibility Note (Art) Being Mandatory For Both The Sizing And Installation Of The Equipment. In Addition, The Supplier Must Present A Formal Declaration Of The Manufacturers Technical Responsibility For The Performance And Durability Of The Product., Lot 2 - Mechanized Excavation With A Depth Of Up To 3.50 Meters In Material Of 1 And 2 Categories With A Skid Steer Loader (Bobcat). With Rubber Mat And Front Blade. The Remaining Excavated Material Must Be Reused On The Lot Or Sent To A Backfill Site Within 2 Km Of The Building.
