It Is A Highly Contagious Virus That Spreads Easily From Person To Person However Transmission Of The Virus Through Food, Especially Shellfish, Is Increasingly Common In Recent Years. This Route Of Transmission Is Due To Susceptible Foods Encountering Human Faecal Waste I.E. Human Wastewater, Which Contain High Levels Of Norovirus.
