The Weiningen Portal Building (Part Of The Gubrist Tunnel, Located On The Weiningen Open-Cast Tunnel) Must Be Dismantled And Rebuilt Except For An Electrical Room (Medium Voltage). The Static Situation And Sealing Of The Open-Cast Tunnel, The Maintenance Of Tunnel Operations Including Gsm And Radio Mast, The Design Of The Replacement Building In The Context Of The Municipal Design Plan As Well As The Coordination With The Neighboring Projects (Gubrist Tunnel Tubes, Weiningen Cover With Pre-Zone As Well As Municipal Buildings On The Cover) Must Be Taken Into Account. The Present Mandate Covers The Services Of Overall Coordination, Architecture, Structural Planning, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management/Management, Building Physics And Acoustics, Environment And Civil Engineering In Phases Ap (Execution Project According To Nsg) To 53 (Commissioning/Completion).
