The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Performing The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Thermal Waste Processing Installation On The Premises Of Zzo Nowy Dwór (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project), In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Modernization Program, Concluded Contracts For Co-Financing In The Form Of Grants And Loans No. 333/2025/Wn11/Oz-Up-Fm/D And No. 334/2025/Wn11/Oz-Up-Fm/P And The Requirements Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw Acting As The National Fund Operator Of The Modernization Fund During The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Project By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Investment Project, Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Nowy Dwór Sp. Z O. O. Plans To Build A Technological Hall With An Installation For Thermal Processing Of Ballast Waste Generated After Sorting And Waste Unsuitable For Recycling, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, Installations And Devices. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On The Property Adjacent To The Plant, With An Area Of ​​14.98 Ha. The Investment Assumes The Construction Of A Thermal Installation With A Capacity Of 17,300 Mg/Year. Installation Capacity In High-Efficiency Cogeneration: 6.1 Mw, Including Thermal Power Of 4.8 Mwt And Electrical Power Of 1.3 Mwe. The Total Estimated Value Of The Tasks Covered By Supervision Is: Approximately Pln 140 Million Gross. Planned Date Of Completion Of The Investment Task Under The Project: 1,100 Days From Signing The Contract
