The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Deliver The Following 3 New (Not Previously Used) Training Gliders Within The Scope Of The Sales Contract, As Specified In The Public Procurement Documentation, To The Place Of Delivery Specified By The Contracting Authority. The Technical Parameters Of The Training Glider To Be Delivered Will Be Made Available By The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Sailplane (Hereafter Referred To As The Airplane) Shall Comply With Commission Regulation (Eu) 2018/1139 (July 4, 2018) And Its Implementing Regulation 2018/1976 (December 14, 2018) As Well As The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (Easa) Certification Requirements (Cs), Acceptable Means Of Compliance (Amc), Guidance (Gm) For Sailplanes And Powered Sailplanes (Cs-22) To The Specifications Contained In The Supplement No. 3 Of The Document. Using Modern Technology, The Mid-Wing, T-Control Plane Layout Aircraft Made Of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (Grp) Should Be Optimized For Pilot Training, And Its Structure And Undercarriage Dimensions Should Ensure The Increased Stress And Load Typical Of Training Aircraft Types. The Maximum Weight Of The Aircraft Must Not Exceed 600 Kilograms. The Landing Gear Of The Aircraft Must Ensure The Movement Of The Aircraft On The Ground, The Reduction Of The Loads Acting On The Aircraft During Take-Off And Landing, And The Braking Of The Aircraft Using Hydraulic Disc Brakes. The Main Wheel Should Be Located Behind The Center Of Gravity, The Aircraft Should Be Equipped With A Pneumatic Tail Wheel. The Aircraft Should Be Able To Be Launched From Both A Nosedive And A Tow. The Main Structure Of The Aircraft Ensures The Placement And Work Of 2 Aircraft Drivers On Board In A Tandem Arrangement. The Two-Piece Cantilevered Wing Should Have Schempp-Hirth Type Brake Wings With Downwardly Curved Wingtips And Built-In End Skids. The Pedals And Seat Backs Should Be Adjustable At The Workplace Of The Aircraft Drivers, And The Removable Seat Cup Should Ensure Working In The Parachute At Both Workplaces. The Safety Of The Aircraft Drivers Is Ensured By A 5-Point Harness Equipped With A Quick-Release Lock At Both Workplaces. The Aircraft Should Have Full Control And Control From Both Cockpits. The Aircraft Must Have Continuously Adjustable Trim. The Aircraft Must Ensure The Individual Survivability And Rescuability Of The Crew And The Safety Of The Crew. The Aircraft Should Be Able To Be Operated From Both Hard Surfaced And Grassy Airfields. The Aircrafts On-Board Systems - Especially The Communication, Navigation (Data Recording And Identification Systems) - Must Meet The Standards Of Air Transport In European Airspace. Under Vmc, Ensure The Basic Practical Flight Training Of Pilot Candidates And The Execution Of Flights In Accordance With Visual Flight Rules (Vfr).
