The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes 22 Sets (22 Pieces Of Hardware Platforms For Basic Specialist Training). 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Legal Defects. 3. The Method Of Transport And Packaging Of The Equipment Must Ensure Protection Against Damage. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused By Improper Packaging And/Or Transport. 4. The Delivery Of Each Hardware Platform For Basic Specialized Training (The Set Shown In The Table), Described In Annex 4 To The Swz, Must Be Delivered To The Organizational Units Of The State Treasury Specified In The Order Documents. 5. In The Announcement Form, The Place Of Delivery Indicated The Address Details Of The Ordering Party Due To The Obligatory Field Of The Announcement, But The Detailed Places Of Delivery Were Specified In Point 4 Of The Swz, And Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 6.
