Central Finlands Welfare Area Published A Call For Tender 582097 Indoor Air And Fitness Studies On December 3, 2025. With Procurement Decision 2028/02.04.01.01.02/2025, The Procurement Procedure Was Suspended Due To Errors In The Specification Of The Objects Requirements. This Call For Tenders Concerns Indoor Air And Building Physics Studies, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service. The Service Will Be Provided In The Municipalities Of The Welfare Region Of Central Finland. Central Finlands Welfare Area Chooses One (1) Supplier As A Contract Partner. Places For Indoor Air And Building Physics Tests Are Specified Separately In The Orders. The Service Fully Includes Indoor Air And Building Physics Studies, Reporting Of Study Results And Action Proposals. The Entity To Be Procured Is Ordered From The Supplier As A Total Solution So That It Includes The Service Entity Described Above. In The Procurement, The Conditions According To The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, As Well As The General Contract Conditions Of Public Procurements For Service Procurements (Jyse 2025 Services) Are Followed. The Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And The Requirements Therein. The Procurement Unit Concludes A Contract That Is Valid For Two (2) Years And Includes The Possibility Of Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Volume Purchase Obligations Or Minimum Purchase Quantities.
