Operation Of Electrical Installations – Service Concession For The Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Photovoltaic Panels. Service Concession For The Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Photovoltaic Panels - This Contract Includes The Installation Of Modules On Two Sites Identified For This Purpose Through A Service Concession, In Which The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Design, Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of Photovoltaic Power Plants, In Collective Self-Consumption, Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract (And, Where Applicable, A Balance In Network Injection). It Also Includes An Optional Phase For The Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Shade-Type Photovoltaic Panels On One Of The Sites. The Estimated Value Corresponds To The Total Turnover Excluding Tax Of The Concessionaire Achieved During The Entire Duration Of The Contract For The Operation Of All The Photovoltaic Panels Installed And The Resale Of Electricity To The Municipality. The Concessionaire Bears The Risk Of This Exploitation. The Contract Takes Effect From Its Notification Date For A Firm Period Of 10 Years. This Duration Is Justified With Regard To The Investments And Equipment To Be Mobilized By The Concessionaire And Their Amortization Period. The Concessionaires Missions And Obligations Are Detailed In The Consultation Documents.
