Work Detail
Ventilation Installation Work – Blb Nrw K / University Of Bonn, Academic Art Museum Repair, Ventilation Technology And Air Shaft Renovation. Akm Repair - Trade Rlt, Ve 430 Execution Description Ventilation Technology And Air Shaft Renovation General Description, Air Shaft Renovation With An Inliner Process Number Of Shafts: 25 X Pieces Shaft Dimensions: Circumference Max. 2,860Mm; Length Max. 5.0M Shaft Type: Chimney Shaft Material: Concrete/Masonry/Quarry Stone With Inner Lining The Shafts Must Be Freely Accessible At Both The Upper And Lower Ends And Existing Shaft Covers Must Be Dismantled On Site. In Addition, There Are Air Shafts With Transverse Distortion; For This, A Wall Opening Must Be Created As A Direct Access Point (Core Drillings Are Paid For Separately). System Overview Appendix 1: Exhibition, South Technical Center Appendix 2: Exhibition, North Technical Center Air-Technical Description Appendix 1 & 2 The Ventilation Systems In The Basement Of The Respective Building Wings Suck The Outside Air Into The System Via Vapor Diffusion-Tight, Insulated Ducts Via The Existing Window Light Shafts In The Former Corridors. In The System, The Outside Air Is Preheated Via The Cross-Flow Heat Exchanger And Heated To The Supply Air Temperature Of 23°C Via The Plate Heat Exchanger Connected To The Heating Water (70/40°C). After The Central Device, The Channels Are Used To Supply Different Areas. To Supply The Exhibition Rooms, Duct Reheaters Are Installed, Which Reheat The Supply Air Temperature To 38°C. As Determined In The Building Simulation, These Increased Supply Air Temperatures Are Necessary In Order To Use The Function Of The Existing Heating Air Shafts. Principle Description Of Air Shaft Renovation The Former Heating Air Shafts Are Partially Closed In The Basement And Opened On The Other Side Of The Wall. From This Side, The Shafts Are Then Renovated By An Air Shaft Renovation Using An Inliner Principle. Other Shafts Remain Open And The Existing Opening Is Renovated Using Inliners. The Connection To These Shafts Is Made Via A Duct System Which Is Sealed Off Using A Fire Damper (Motorized). To Visualize The Existing Air Shafts And The Duct Connection, Appendix 2 Serves As A Supplementary Explanation And Representation Of The Target Performance. No Ducts Are Installed In The Existing Air Shafts. The Representation Of The Channels Served The Engineering Office As An Approximate Calculation Method For Pressure Losses, Noise Emissions And Channel Velocities.
