This Consultation Concerns A Contract Whose Purpose Relates To Interim Services For The Provision Of Temporary Nursing Staff To The Occupational Health Service Of The Paris National Opera, Within Its Two Theaters (Palais Garnier And Opéra Bastille). The Contract Also Concerns The Provision Of Temporary Nursing Staff To The Dance School In Nanterre. Temporary Staff Are Presented Exclusively By A Temporary Employment Company. This Staff Will Have An Emergency Service And Occupational Health Mission For Employees And, Only In Exceptional Situations, At The Request Of The Doctor In The Room, For The Public. The Holder Is Responsible For The Recruitment And Provision Of Staff As Well As All Costs Linked To The Administrative Management Of The Staff, Who Are Employees Of The Holder. The Content Of The Services, Subject Of This Contract, Is Listed In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). The Terms And Conditions For Carrying Out The Services Are Also Described In The Specifications Of Special Clauses. Taking Into Account The Artistic Activities Of The Opera, Orders Will Be Staggered Throughout The Year, Including During The Performance Break Period (Mid-July, Mid-August Of Each Financial Year)
