Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tender For Physiotherapy Within Southwest Finland. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Physiotherapy Services In Swedish Within Southwest Finland Organized By The Folkpensionsanstalten (Hereinafter Fpa) As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. To The Part Referred To In The Tender Materials As The Term Group Of Municipalities, In The Case Of Southwest Finland, The Entire Procurement Area Is Meant. The Services To Which The Procurement Applies And The Requirements Placed On The Therapy Are Described In The Service Description (Appendix 1, Therapy Within Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1.1.2027). The Contract Period Is 1.11.2026–31.12.2028. The Agreement Includes Two One-Year Option Periods For The Period 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030-31.12.2030. The Therapy Services For The Clients In Accordance With The Agreement Begin On 1.1.2027. Fpa Is Requesting Bids For 45-Minute Face-To-Face Therapy Visits. The Prices Derived From The Quoted Price For A 45-Minute Face-To-Face Therapy Visit And The Other Fees Paid For The Service Are Described In Annex 1 Prices And Annex 2 Explanations Of Prices And Billing Instructions To The Draft Agreement. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Contract Applies As A Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Obligation To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Is With The Service Provider, Not Each Individual Therapist Named In The Agreement. The Way In Which The Therapy Is Carried Out (Face-To-Face, Distance Rehabilitation Or A Combination Of These) Is Determined Based On The Clients Needs. It Is Not Mandatory For The Tenderer To Undertake To Provide The Service As Distance Rehabilitation Or As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation. The Therapy Is Carried Out Based On The Clients Needs In The Form Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits, As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation Or As Distance Rehabilitation According To Chapter 5 Of The Service Description (Appendix 1). The Client Must Have Access To Face-To-Face Therapy As Needed. Face-To-Face Therapy Visits Are Carried Out As Home Visits In The Clients Everyday Environment According To The Clients Needs. If The Service Provider Has Access To Business Premises, The Face-To-Face Visits Can Also Be Carried Out In The Business Premises According To The Clients Needs. Distance Rehabilitation Is Carried Out In The Form Of Video Calls. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Visits For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement In Southwest Finland (Appendix 4 Southwest Finland Map And Municipalities) For Which The Tender Has Been Submitted. The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Physiotherapy For Southwest Finland For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is €440,000 And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is €650,000.
