The Subject Of The Procurement Is Equestrian Therapy Services In Swedish For Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia Organized By The Folkpensionsanstalten (Hereinafter Fpa) As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Contract Applies As A Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Therapy Is Carried Out As A Face-To-Face Visit According To Point 7.5 Places For Carrying Out Water Or Riding Therapy In The Service Description At The Service Producers Own Or Rented Place Of Business Or At Another Place For Carrying Out (Other Spaces For Riding Therapy). By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide Face-To-Face Services For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement Within The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia Map And Municipalities) For Which The Tender Has Been Submitted. The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Equestrian Therapy For Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is €80,000 And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is €100,000.
