Region Southern Denmark Wishes To Obtain Offers For Client Consultancy In Connection With Carrying Out Laboratory And Field Tests Of Possible Methods For Cleaning Up The Pollution Plume From The Former Grindstedværkets Factory Grounds (Hereinafter Referred To As The Pollution Plume). Based On The Test Results And The Results From The Other Studies The Region Has Initiated, A Draft Project For The Clean-Up Must Be Drawn Up. In Addition, Tests Must Be Made Of Advanced Oxidation Processes (Aop) For Cleaning Pumped-Up Contaminated Groundwater, As It Is Uncertain Whether The In-Situ Methods Can Remove Pharmaceutical Substances To A Sufficient Extent. Laboratory And Field Tests Must Form The Basis For The Selection And Dimensioning Of The Countermeasures Against The Pollution Plume. The Task Includes Implementation And Reporting Of The Tests Carried Out, Compilation Of Results From Other Activities Relating To The Pollution Plume, Preparation Of A Sketch Project For Clean-Up And Obtaining The Necessary Authority Permits In Connection With Carrying Out Field Tests. In Addition, A Sustainability Assessment Of The Clean-Up Solution Must Be Prepared With A Focus On The Environment, Social Sustainability And Economy. The Consultant Is Expected To Be Responsible For Carrying Out Tests, Drawing Up A Sketch Project, Including Sustainability Assessment, As Well As Obtaining Necessary Authority Permits. The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Task Description (Agreement Annex 1), While The Regions Terms Of Agreement Appear In The Agreement. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Partial Agreements, As It Is Not Considered Commercially And Economically Appropriate In Relation To Ensuring A Unified, Specialized Task Execution.
