A Framework Agreement Shall Be Procured For Circulation, Proper Inspection And Restricted Maintenance Of Target Vessels Owned By The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency And Can Be Used By The Entire Defence Sector. The Target Vessels Consist Of Two Types Of Vessel Frigates And Mtp. The Framework Agreement Groups Them: Group A: 2 Target Vessels Of 36.5 Metresgroup B: 2 Target Vessels Of 105 Metres The Procurement ́S Performance Requirements Are Based On The Procurement ́S Requirement Specifications (Annex 1). In Addition The Procurement Requires The Following: Kai Shall Be Able To Store Target Vessels Of A Stated Sizekai Shall Be Secured Current Delivery Possibility For Access With Lorry Quay Installations For Both Types Of Target Vessels Must Be Sufficiently Dimensioned So That Safe Mooring Can Be Achieved. The Water Depth At The Quay Must Be So Large That The Vessels Do Not Come Into Contact With The Seabed Under Any Circumstances (Water Level). The Water Depth Under The Mtb Drone Must Be Sufficient For The Engines To Be Routinely Run And That Function Control Of Gears And Propellers Can Be Carried Out.
