At The Knossos (Edyte/Knossos) And Louros (Edyte/Louros) Facilities And Specifically Include: • Preventive And Corrective Maintenance For All Supporting Equipment. • Services Of Continuous (24X7) Remote Monitoring Of Data Center Operations From An Organized Infrastructure Monitoring And Operation Center. • Planning And Implementation Of Maintenance On A Periodic Basis. • Elaboration Of Operation, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Reports On A Quarterly Basis. • Immediate Response With Specialized And/Or Certified Technicians In The Field In Case Of Damage That Affects The Operation Of The Hub. • Support Throughout The Project With The Availability And Provision Of All Necessary Spare Parts, Consumables And Micro-Materials For The Repair And Maintenance Of The Equipment To The Extent Described In This Issue. • Periodic Control Of Oil Quality (Quarterly) In Fuel Tanks With Chemical Oxidation Analysis And Control Of Biological Contamination (Fungi). • Other Support Services For The Organization And Operation Of The Data Centers, The Installation Of New It Equipment, The Expansion Of The Infrastructure, To Improve The Availability And Energy Efficiency, Updating The Documentation Of The Infrastructure And Emergency Procedures.
