Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Distribution Equipment – ​​Fingrids Secondary Equipment Modification And Maintenance Services. Modification And Maintenance Service Of Secondary Equipment Fingrid Oyj Is Looking For Framework Contract Partners For The Modification And Maintenance Tasks Of The Secondary Systems Of The Main Grid. The Background Of The Acquisition Is The Strong Construction Of The Main Grid As Production Forms Change, Which Requires Even More Planned Improvement Measures For Secondary Systems And The Ability To React To Rapidly Changing Needs. The Scope Of The Acquisition Includes The Entire Secondary Systems Of Electricity, Disconnector And Customer Substations Owned By Fingrid Oyj And For Which It Is Responsible For Condition Management, Including Ied, Bcu, Rtu, Hmi, Lan, Svy, Ht, Tws, Pmu, Pq And Comparable Systems. In Addition, The Purchase Includes Material Deliveries And Subcontracting Services As Well As Design Services Within The Defined Scope Of The Assignments. The Acquisition Regionally Covers The Whole Of Finland. Fingrid Oyj Orders Assignments Based On Need. Assignments May Include, Among Other Things: 1. Small Modification Works Of Secondary Systems (E.G. Individual Relay And Device Replacements And Small Automation Changes) 2. Small Projects Related To Network Protection (E.G. Svy Additions, Network Protection Additions And Pmu Measurement Additions) 3. Automation Related Small Projects (E.G. Rtu Additions, Hmi Renewals And Lan Modification Works) 4. Substation Works For Substation Projects 5. Small Basic Improvement Projects (E.G. Improvements To The Ventilation Of Equipment Cabinets, Telecommunications Updates And Firewall Renovations) The More Precise Scope Of Each Assignment Is Defined On A Case-By-Case Basis When Ordering. The Customer Defines The Content Of The Assignments And, If Necessary, Specifies It Together With The Supplier Before Starting The Work. Before Ordering, The Supplier Must Provide An Hourly Estimate And Delivery Time Estimate. Assignments Are Based On Need, And Their Number May Vary During The Contract Period. The Contract Does Not Contain A Volume Purchase Obligation And Does Not Give The Supplier The Exclusive Right To Provide Services To The Subscriber. The Customer Makes Order Decisions On A Case-By-Case Basis, Taking Into Account, Among Other Things, The Adequacy Of The Suppliers Resources, The Existing Order Backlog And The Geographical Location Of The Work Site. The Goal Is To Conclude Framework Agreements With A Maximum Of Eight (8) Service Providers Who Have Sufficient Expertise And Resources To Carry Out Change And Maintenance Tasks Related To Secondary Systems And The Ability To Respond Flexibly To The Customers Changing Needs. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Seven (7) Years. The Contract Includes A Four (4) Year Main Contract Period And Three (3) One (1+1+1) Year Option Periods.
