The Amount Determined By The Tenderer For The Conclusion Of This Contract: Huf 135,000,000 Net. Carrying Out The Necessary Operation, Maintenance And Related Repair Tasks At A Total Of 45 Locations, With Respect To 79 Pieces Of Traffic Control Equipment, With Responsibility For Results In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Miskolc. The Task To Be Performed In Particular: Regarding Operation: A. Checking The Operation Of Signal Lights, Equipment, Junctions And Accessories Daily And Cleaning And Washing Them Once A Year. (It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Provide The Electricity Necessary For The Operation Of The Signaling Devices.) B. Once A Day Between 06:30 And 08:30 The Operation Of All Equipment Is Checked And Operated Via A Remote Monitoring System. C. Once A Year, Preferably In The Spring (April), Wash And Clean The Signal Heads And Other Internally Illuminated Road Signs At The Junctions With Traffic Lights Specified In The Annex To This Public Procurement Procedure. D. During The Daily Inspection Of The Traffic Signal Lights, The Following Tasks Must Be Carried Out: - Providing And Keeping An Accurate Logbook (Brief Description Of Troubleshooting, Interventions, Recording Of Times, Authentication Of The Inspection Or Intervention With A Legible Signature) - Checking Of Basic Time - Checking Of Period Time, Operation According To The Phase Plan - Checking Of The Existence Of Coordination - Checking Of The Output Scene Switching Unit - Checking Of The Time Base And Operation Of The Program Changer And Switch Clocks Regarding Maintenance: A. In The Event Of A Fault Report Or Detection, The Fault Must Be Rectified Within The Following Times, And The Fault Must Be Rectified Within The Following Times: In The Case Of A Burnt-Out Bulb: 12 Hours In The Case Of An Automatic Fault: 24 Hours In The Case Of A Vehicle Sensor Detector Fault: 7 Days B. Provision Of 24-Hour On-Call Service To Receive Notification Of Traffic Light Faults, Operation Of A Remote Monitoring System. (Written Error Reports Received By The Emergency Room Are Also Sent And Received Here.) C. Notification Of Detected Errors To The Bidder In Writing (Email). D. Eliminating Errors Based On The Order Of The Client (Except For Errors Due To Burnt-Out Bulbs). E. The Tenderer Must Prepare A Rolling Development Plan Supported By An Itemized Budget, Which Displays All The Interventions - Over And Above Maintenance Tasks - That Are Essential For A Later Development, In Addition To Maintaining Operational Safety.
